The competency includes to prepare workshop work schedule, conduct briefing session, prepare workshop sectional operation budget information, monitor workshop staff performance, coordinate workshop staff training, monitor workshop safety and monitor workshop environment quality.

This competency unit is important for the person that supervises their staff based on their performance and to upskill their knowledge & skills in the workshop.
