He or she is responsible to carry out online sales activities including dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments and to ensure the goods ordered online are delivered to customer.
The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to identify online sales requirement, preparing online marketing collateral, carry out online sales, carry out sales performance review and prepare online sales report.
The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent services through online system.
