The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to manage conducive work environment, disciplined and knowledgeable workers with regards to quality and productivity in accordance with company objectives and targets. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Conduct BEV daily briefing. 2. Monitor BEV subordinate’s performance. 3. Coordinate BEV subordinate’s training. 4. Monitor BEV workshop safety, health & environment.
