Course Descriptions

The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to ensure every equipment set-up always functions in good condition and performs its required task and its output rate is always in good quality according to machine manual, job/work instructions, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements as well as company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Set multi-colour / multi-layer extruder. • Set multi-colour / multi-layer die head equipment. • Produce multi-colour / multi-layer parison. • Set suction blow mould / core puller mould. • Execute advance blow moulding process.
