Our role in your business:
Our role as an online facilitating services provider. We are responsible for successfully transforming your current business model to technology driven business model by using Cistrec online facilitating platform. Our personnel defined as “Program Initiator” is a key role in our system, he/she will create an interactive learning content and market your program. He/she will also monitor and manage your customers’ daily learning activities. At the end of the module, Our program initiator will collect and analyze all of compliance information and users’ KPI achievement data for a reference to you (the scheme owner).


Our Program Initiator will be managing your company business activities
Create and develop multimedia (streaming video) in Cistrec learning box as promotional video, story video, learning content videos to initial the programs for users to begin their learning activities. The content consists of selecting program format and final output to our client respectively. ,
Collaborate closely with the entrepreneurs or the company who is enrolled in the training, and scheme owner to help facilitate the execution and monitoring the program.
Conducting marketing activities on your products or services
manage a suite of KPIs & metrics to describe and manage users performance in a data driven manner based on the requirement set by the scheme owner.
Ensuring that the individual user delivers all objectives within the agreed deadlines to the required standard, regular and timely coaching and feedback to be carried out in order for your users achieve the best of the performance.
Oversee all project execution within the team, raising risks and obstacles where appropriate to ensure smooth execution.
Continually improve processes, ensuring quality, efficiency and your client service are improved continually and highlight the evolving change to the management.
Ensure that all documentation, procedures and processes are in place, and are reviewed and updated regularly, to ensure all the documentation follows the governance processes.
Responsible and accountable for all client related issues including the provision of timely and efficient client service. Strive for excellent Client Service. Escalation of issues in line with your company policy and business judgement.
To ensure all initiatives/projects are sustainable and have clear measurable outcomes for your company
To facilitate co-working platform for internal and external parties so that all projects/initiatives can be upheld based on social justice in terms of execution, monitoring and evaluation
Work closely with all the parties to ensure training activities/campaigns are running smoothly according to the plan
Ensure each monitoring activity is tracked and measured
